I tried to exchange an order from shopluxecartel.com for a different size what a hassle?! The replies took forever, the instructions were super unclear, and I kept having to follow up just to get basic information. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a size swap. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve the exchange process.

I ordered a designer item from shopluxecartel.com, and the shipping was alright. It wasn’t crazy fast or anything, but it got to me in a reasonable amount of time, so no big issue there.

Once it arrived though, the packaging and a few little details just seemed kinda off. I’m not saying for sure that it’s fake, but I definitely didn’t feel super confident that it was authentic either.

I reached out to customer service and they did reply, but the response felt vague. For the amount I paid, I expected a lot more reassurance, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I tried using the site on my phone and it felt like a mini disaster. The pages were loading painfully slow, the menu was all over the place, and I kept getting more annoyed with every tap. After a few minutes of fighting with it, I just gave up

I figured the sizing would be standard, actually, scratch that, it definitely fit smaller than I expected. Not terrible, but I’d probably size up next time.

Support got back to me fast and took care of the issue without making it a whole thing. Reading between the lines, it felt like they actually understood what I needed instead of just sending a canned reply. Appreciate the help.

The stitching was kind of messy, the material felt cheaper than I expected, and after only a few days it already started looking worn. For the price, I was hoping for a lot better. Probably wouldn’t order from here again
